Carbon sleeves with a filament of color that can be matched with other trim components adds striking good looks and a tasteful finish to any custom rod without a big investment of time in the build. Matching carbon sleeve seat inserts, thread covers, winding checks and a simple trim wrap on guides requires almost no additional time to complete yet can set the rod apart from others and make it your own.
Installing the carbon sleeve in Fuji’s newest PTS (casting) and TVS (spinning) seats is fast and easy. Here’s the sequence we use that results in a perfect installation every time.
