Every Point Blank is engineered for elite performance and long-lasting durability. We back that promise with a straightforward replacement program designed to give you confidence on the water. If your blank breaks for any reason, you are covered. We offer a one-time, no questions asked replacement for one hundred dollars which includes shipping within the lower 48 contiguous US states. If a blank is found to have a true workmanship or material defect it may be replaced at no cost upon inspection.
To qualify for coverage, all blanks must be registered by the rod builder/original purchaser of the blank within thirty days of original purchase. Registration requires proof of purchase from one of our distributors.
All warranty claims must be submitted by the rod builder. The process is simple
- The rod builder/original purchaser of the blank completes an online claim form found here.
- To file a warranty claim on a broken blank, use this form.
- Once a claim is received, a member of the Anglers Resource Team will reach out with a unique code.
- Photos of the broken rod are submitted including the entire rod a close up of the break and the claim code visible in each image.
- Once verified and payment is received, the replacement is processed and shipped promptly.
Additional Terms
- All Point Blank rod blanks are manufactured to exacting standards, however, blank failures may occur due to unseen defects in materials or workmanship. Blanks deemed defective (by an Anglers Resource employee) will be replaced at no charge under a LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY. Inspections for defective blanks must be done in person. Anglers Resource/Point Blank is not responsible for the shipping of the broken blank to our office. the Sales receipts must accompany any/all warranty claims.
- Warranty claims must be made directly to Anglers Resource through the form provided on www.anglersresource.net
- The one-hundred dollar, no questions asked warranty applies only to blanks purchased from one of our distributors and not to blanks that have been received from a warranty claim.
- Blanks received from a warranty claim may be eligible for replacement if deemed to be defective by an Anglers Resource employee.
- This warranty is only eligible on blanks purchased in the United States of America.
- The one-hundred dollar replacement fee only includes shipping to the lower 48 states. Replacements of blanks in Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges.
- We cannot guarantee that an exact replacement blank will be in stock at the time of a warranty claim. In this case, we will substitute a comparable blank model as the replacement blank.
- The Point Blank warranty covers the blank only and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the blank (some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you). This warranty does not cover the cost of your time and material to build the warrantied blank as a custom rod builder. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
- Anglers Resource reserves the right to final approval/denial of a warranty claim. Exceptions to these terms may be made if seen needed by Anglers Resource.
